Good Morning My Fellow Pumpkinians, I checked the weather forecast for today. Sunny and 85 degrees with zero chance of rain. That is a perfect recipe for brunching on a outdoor patio somewhere. Wow, this is crazy, I just remembered we have a great patio here at Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co. - Calabasas. Whats that you say? The only thing that could make this better would be a few daily specials. Again, crazy but we have some of those too. Here they are! For Brunch; Blackened Salmon Eggs Benedict A toasted english muffin served open face, with grilled asparagus, grilled blackened salmon, & poached eggs. Topped with a homemade spicy hollandaise sauce, roasted red peppers, and fresh parsley. Served with Farmhouse Potatoes and fresh melon. Then after 2:30 Portabello Mushroom Pizza Our homemade pizza dough topped with sliced balsamic marinated portabello mushroom, sauteed red onion, cherry tomatoes and shaved parmesan cheese; drizzled with a balsamic reduction and sprinkled with chili flakes. Sante Fe Chicken Ravioli Chicken stuffed ravioli sauteed in a cilantro pesto cream sauce and topped with chopped roma tomato and fresh cilantro.
