Good Morning Team! I wont be here this weekend as we are away at a tournament with the young players. In my absence David Lally will be in charge of team affairs, substitutions and such. David and I have consulted in advance along with our able Captain Matthew OBrien. What David says is final if he wants to ask your opinion he will. There are plenty of weeks ahead and a lot of time to prove who should be in the starting 11, or pushing for selection, not everyone can play every minute and ultimately we are here to win. Any tantrums or dummy spitting will be looked upon in a very dim light. This is a squad game and we are all in it together. Lets support each other, cheer when we win, commiserate when we lose and have a good laugh throughout. We dont get into fights on the field, keep your head and dont start swearing at the other team, the language interpretation can cause big problems, let your frustration out by playing harder and better football. Treat your teammates and opposition with respect, if one of your teammates is not doing the right thing help them to improve their attitude dont join the bandwagon. There may be other weeks when I am away and the same structure will apply. 2 Leagues, 1 League Cup and the Ulsan Cup to play for in the coming months. Coming off back to back title wins this can be an excellent year, your application and attitude will define our season.
