Good Thursday Morning:) It is currently 39 degrees in Bunn this morning with highs of 53 expected. Have a safe commute this morning! As a child I would look forward to making my Christmas List and I just couldnt wait to see what Santa left me under our tree. Time passed and I sure enjoyed reading my daughters Christmas lists and making sure they were just as happy as they could be. Time speeded up some more and now I enjoy shopping for my grandchildrens lists as well. One of my daughters asked me last night mommy what would you like for Christmas cause you havent said one thing about what you would like? I said sweetpea so far I have had another year to spend with my family and thats a gift with in itself. I told her we have seen her daddy live another year since his bone cancer was diagnosed and his struggles through chemo , chemo pills and radiation well thats another blessing because he has survived another year. So see I will take the blessings and the precious gifts that I have already been given. I am a lot older now and yes I did make a list this year but Santa had nothing to do with delivering my requests these gifts came directly from God because again my prayers were answered. Now what else could this girl ask for? Sometimes true gifts dont have to come wrapped in the finest paper or ties with the most perfect bow. Life is good!
