Good afternoon everyone! Im excited to say that I will be taking part in Open Streets Portsmouth on Sunday, September 14. Open Streets Portsmouth is a fun-filled, family friendly event with tons of activities and vendors from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. I will be teaching two free 45 minute Flow and Let Go classes, one at 12:00 p.m. and the other starting at 1:00 p.m. You can find me on the corner of Orchard Street and Park Street. Both classes are suitable for all levels and children ages 13 or older are welcome. There will be mats available.
