With regards to your query Batch Eric Espiritu, and as stated in the previous Minutes of Meeting... May Ann Ganzon Dasalla will serve as our Collecting Officer and secretary since I already forwarded to her all the necessary forms like the SMNHS Batch 2006 Tracer, Receiving Copy of Solicitation Envelope, Received Amounts for Transparency. Therefore, any official transactions regarding our finances, pledges and cash donations, pls transact to Mary Ann. Starting tomorrow she will be updating us our daily status of our TOTAL AMOUNT COLLECTED and pledges. She is also responsible in the consolidation of our batch t-shirt sizes... Last Saturday, 8 of us had a house to house distribution of our envelope particularly at Dunglayan, Lubong, Bia-o, Lingsat, Suso, Danuman, Tinaan and Maynganay and Nalvo..For a systematic distribution of such envelope every barangay should have an in-charge. So please sa mga barangay na wala pa like Silag, plis help... Agpapada tayu amin apo nga adu ti pakakumikuman na nga sabali... Sa Batch T-shirt po natin si Analyn Doña-Rea na po in charge...
