Good morning CORE Challenge Club!! Heres a super quick and easy #mealmonday recipe I like to pack for work! Easy Chicken Salad Wrap 1 cup cooked Shredded chicken (You can make it easy by using cooked rotisserie chicken from the market and take the skin off) 1/2 Avocado 2 Tbsp Cilantro Juice of 1 lime 1/4 cup chopped red onion Garlic powder to taste Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning to taste Butter lettuce Mix all ingredients except lettuce. Eat as a wrap in butter lettuce or other lettuce of your choice. This is usually 2 servings for me. Have with a side of fruit for your carb. Enjoy and have a powerful week!!
