Good morning, Here is todays forecast. England, Wales & Channel Islands: A fine and dry start for many areas this morning with plenty of warm sunshine around, for parts of south Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, East Midlands, East Anglia and the South East we have some cloud cover to contend with, but the clouds will gradually burn away as the sun gets to work. Parts of the South West and Wales will also have some cloud for a time this morning before brightening up. For this afternoon much of England, Wales & the Channel Islands will experience a fine and dry afternoon with plenty of sunshine on offer, there will be variable cloud amounts from time to time, more so for eastern counties and later on in the day we could see an isolated shower break out in parts of Wales, South West England and Cumbria, however, the risk is very low. Feeling very warm with temperatures widely around 24°c, always that little bit cooler on the coasts, for parts of the South East we could see 29°c today so feeling hot here. Scotland, NI & Isle of Man: A cloudy start for parts of western and eastern Scotland this morning, elsewhere we start the day with plenty of sunny spells. For this afternoon some western areas will remain cloudy with the threat of light rain in places, especially for the Western Isles. For the rest of Scotland we will see a mixture of sunny spells and variable cloud amounts. Temperatures will range from 20°c - 24°c, possibly up to 26°c in the sunnier spots. A generally cloudy day in store for NI as a weak weather front resides here, there will be periods of rain, especially for western parts during the day. For the Isle of Man today conditions will also remain generally cloudy but dry, there may be one or two sunny spells later on this afternoon and in to this evening. Temperatures for NI generally around the 21°c mark, a little cooler for the Isle of Man with temperatures of 17°c expected here. Have a great day. Stuart.
