Good morning, I want to explain something here about "not looking at the circumstances", which you will hear from time to time. When we are not looking at the circumstances, that means we are not moved by the negative situation confronting us. You do not confess the circumstances, but you keep your eyes on what the Bible says relative to what you are believing for. In other words, you find the scripture that fits your situation, and that scripture (or scriptures) is what you continue to look at and confess---not the circumstances.
