Good morning everybody. What a hot night! With every window open and doors left ajar, there was still barely a breath of breeze. Its hard to sleep when its so hot and clammy, until about an hour before its time to get up, at which point you drop into the deepest sleep imaginable only to be groggily woken by the alarm and take some time to emerge. However when you do, its a lovely day out there. Flowers watered and looking good in Rock Gardens (although someone has sat on a few). My positive stuff today - a new healthier food regime agreed to by all of us, combined with a bit more exercise than we are used to. Complete some hefty chunks of my admin.
