Good morning everybody, weve got a chance for showers and/or thunderstorms in the forecast for the next 5 days, as humidity begins to increase ahead of what will be a cold front swinging through on Monday to give us more in the way of sunny, warm days in the low 80s starting next Tuesday. As for today, it will feature more clouds than sun, and we could see some widely scattered thunderstorms, along with some showers. Some storms could be strong with hail and gusty winds, and an isolated severe cell is not out of the question. Tomorrow should feature more sunshine, but we could also see afternoon showers pop up. This weekend the cold front that brought severe weather on Monday will back up towards us as a warm front, and we could see showers from time to time both weekend days, though the steadiest rain should remain along our south coast, especially over the Cape and Islands and southern RI. Highs should be on either side of 80 degrees through the period. Have a great day!
