Good morning everyone. We are serving plenty of Breakfast Buzzes this morning and are featuring our delicious Chocolate Macadamia Nut hot latte today. It is definitely Fall season and soup is the answer. Brie made a fantastic vegetable soup with lean beef that we are serving this afternoon during the lunch hour along with our panini’s and salads. The soup has lean beef, cabbage, turnips, potatoes, corn, peas, green beans, and chicked peas in a velvety wine, tomato, and beef broth. This past Saturday one of our customers politely informed me that one of the other coffee shops in the area, has menu changes that closely follow what ever we are doing here at Bries Brews. While I appreciate the interest - to be honest, I don’t pay any attention to what anyone else is doing, besides I have stray cats to feed, who has time to keep track? Live and let live is our motto. Here at Bries we believe that friendly competition is great for the consumer, and we support it whole-heartedly. Building better mousetraps is what makes America great after-all. We faithfully encourage any and every endeavor by our fellow small business community to broaden their horizons.
