Good morning everyone. Well, my sweet 13 year old daughter will be going back home today. I had a great time with her and we did a lot. I got a little off track with eating and I can see how when you get off track, that bad or unhealthy food can be addicting. Yes I have gained a few pounds since she has been here, but it is now time to get back on track with my eating. Thursday I get to start working back out again. YEA!! By then this tendonitis should be gone. I have been missing it. I am also going to be cleansing next week. I am actually looking forward to it. I also bought fruit for my daughter and now I have to eat some that I have eaten in a while because they are high in natural sugar, what are they? GRAPES, lol. But that is okay. I will eat them because I have no choice and she likes Gala apples, I will also have to eat those. I only like Granny Smith green apples. So when I take her to the airport this morning. I am going to come back home, clean up, take my computer and sit in the bed for the rest of the day. I also have some work to day. It is 4:38 am and I am up because I was going to meet with my client but she canceled this morning. So now it is time to go back to bed. I will also be back to post more than I have been. I had to give her my time because I only get to see her once a year for 1 week.
