Got a delivery today of about 40 books...individually bagged/boarded, in two stacks of 20, each stack in brown paper bags, taped up nicely, inside a thick cardboard box all nice and cushy in bubble wrap....I unpack the paper bags to find that EVERY SINGLE COMIC & BACKING BOARDs lower right corner was crushed and bent and the comics have a ripple crease Obviously from impact on a hard surface! My guess is the person who packed it, dropped it and rather than pull fresh copies, tell their boss or fess up, just shipped it out that way! I am so pissed..I.emailed customer service b/c they are closed and now have to wait util Monday for a response. I told them to (1) have a talk with the person who packed the books and (2) Im sending that stuff right back and I not paying for return shipping! So freaking upset about that. This retailer is usually always 100% solid but now I have lost my faith in future shipments! Just about ready to cancel my pull list and find some place else. Good grief--- talk me off the ledge! ಠ__ಠ”
