Got to share...Wow....first day of school after a long break. Out came Grady(6) talking a mile a minute. While in the car waiting for Preston he is singing Jingle Bells and Deck the Halls...while chattering nonstop about toys I needed to grab of his from my Moms...I stop and run in to grab his bag and out he pulls a pair of glasses, supposedly Spy Glasses, which were for me and that of course I had to wear the rest of the drive home...on goes the glasses..as Preston(14) gets in the car he glances at me saying Uhhh gee Mom nice glasses and laughs...which gets Grady talking about a boy in school he must have been arguing with today... proceeds to tell Preston, I told him Go ahead and bring your Dad but my Mom will kick his butt. I said, What did you say?, shocked and he repeated it. Then he says in his nonstop mile a minute chatter, I told him that you could kick any Dads butt and he had better not even think of messing up your hair....At this point, I am laughing uncontrollably with goofy glasses on trying to tell him that its not nice to say such things....kids!!! Definitely bring laughter and smiles, you just never know what they are going to say.
