Grant County citizens I am writing this to make you aware that in the month of April, 2013 The United States Senate narrowly voted down a bill that would have given the UN via the UN Gun Control Treaty the right to confiscate and control the gun rights of all US citizens. The treaty made no distinctions between military and civilian arms, thus it would totally override your Second Amendment rights to bear arms. It is important that you know which senators are traitors to United States and want the UN have authority to void our Republic and our inalienable rights. Senator Maria Cantwell was one of the 46 senators who voted for the UN treaty to take your gun rights. The vote was close citizens and thankfully it was defeated 53-46 but no thanks to your un-American Senator Cantwell. I suggest next time you vote you think twice about your liberty and what it takes to remain free in our state and county. Remember if they get the Second Amendment the rest fall with it!
