Gratefulness is flowing from my heart! Thanks everyone for all of your prayers....my God is so good! Last night while sitting at home my TVs went out and I thought that there was a power surge because last year in my neighborhood we were dealing with this. I went to check on the boys and Ashton was upset because Duke was playing and the TV went out. I went back in my room and started to smell something that was burning. I went to my family room where my breaker box and noticed that a breaker was off and it was hot. I told Ashton to call his grandfather and before he could get there my house had smoke throughout it. When my dad got there smoke was everywhere...he went to my garage and pulled the attic stairs down and smoke came pouring out. I called 911 and couldnt get anyone to answer (can you believe that)! I looked for a phone book (in the dark) to get the fire dept. number and I swear I was on the phone felt like 10 minutes before this lady would get off of my phone. The fire dept. arrived and begin to pull wood and insulation from my attic. Thank God they did not have to put water on this! I was so scared of water damage! I had to pack up and get to my parents house where my Mom just hugged me and begin to just praise God! My birthday is Friday and all I can do is Thank God for life itself. I am so grateful that we were at home because if not my house would have been a total loss! Grateful because of the parents that I have, always there when I need them. Grateful for my two awesome young men. They saw mom in distress and rushed to wipe my tears. Grateful to God himself for sparing me just one more time! Gratefulness is flowing from my heart!
