Great day for tea drinking. Earlier I had a wonderful cup of Bai Lin Gongfu, a rare Min Hong or Fujian Red (what we would call black tea from Fujian province, China). Its fruity, delicate, and sweet and makes one want to sit down and spend a lazy hour with a copy of the Tao Te Ching. Now Im going to try the complimentary sample of Pu-Erh or fermented-tea. Elizabeth says hers tastes like buried mushrooms. Bring it on! I heart Tea Trekker.
