Great day of Cross Country in Glaslyn today! Valley View students did Beauval proud! Although we didnt medal, almost all participants finished in the top 50%. Heres how our athletes did: Peewee: Drayanna Felske finished strong - 23rd out of 97 runners! Bantam: Avery McKay had a great race despite feeling sick part way through and having to slow down: Still finished 12th out of 38 runners! Avery was in the top 4 before she felt sick! Darius Roy ran a solid race, finishing 22nd out of 46 runners! Midget Boys: Hilliard Roy put on a burst of speed at the end to overtake Beauval rival Draydon Felske in a great race. Hilliard finished 14th. Draydon finished 15th. Tristan Durocher also ran a solid race finishing 19th. Junior: Edwin Gardiner ran a fine race finishing 7th overall! Way to go Valley View Cross Country Team! Were proud of you!
