Big squeeze contraction & stretch on every rep filling them with blood to get a great pump Below is the other nights session A1. Seated DB shoulder press 4 x 6-10 - 90s rest B1. As seen in the video 3 x 12-15 - 60s rest C1. Lying cable front raise (Sit on a seated row bench, Attach a rope, Lie on the bench and do a front raise right above the head) 3 x 12-15 - 60s rest D1. Seated DB lateral raise 7 x 12-15 - 30s rest Tempo on all sets is nice and controlled using 3-4 second negatives
