Great technique in the gym is incredibly important. You have to move well if you want to perform optimally, if you want to be incredibly STRONG, EXPLOSIVE and POWERFUL! But that’s not all…movement is also really crucial when it comes to keeping down the wear and tear, as well as injury risk. Your body can only take so much abuse in the form of shitty movement and bad technique… if you: round your back when squatting, deadlifting, cleaning or snatching drop your elbows when cleaning or front squatting let your knees dive... basically ever have shoulder, hip or ankle mobility issues that you havent fixed yet or simple dont know how to fix then... ...eventually YOU’RE GOING TO BREAK! There’s no way around it. You have to (consistently) work very hard on improving your technique!
