Push off your left foot to go back to the body to body ready stance while your right arm pins his right arm and grabs his left wrist. Your left arm pins his left arm to you. 6. Your right foot steps toward 10 o’clock in to a left reverse bow while your right hand jerks his left arm back and as your left arm does an outward elbow strike to his left face. 7. Your left leg crosses in front of your right leg on a diagonal angle away from the opponent, then step through reverse with your right foot. Guard up.
