Greetings to you all from Greenwich Park in London and me - Alun Jones Just over three years ago I was ready to check out of life as that seemed to be, at the time, the only option available to me that would change the pain and depression I was experiencing. Needless to say, I didnt check out as I made the demand of me that it had to change... thats when Access Consciousness appeared in my life. Softly at first, then quickly building momentum to being a fundamental part of everything I choose to do. Why? Because it offers me so many choices, possibilities, tools, processes, and support and soooo much more. More is available to me than the long, dark tunnel to oblivion that I was once experiencing.
