Grilled Shrimp Skewers 1 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 pint of cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp of butter, melted 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp water metal skewers (Shish kabobs sticks) Thread the tomatoes and shrimp on skewers, starting with and ending a tomatoes. In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and water. Set aside, you gonna need it. Lay skewers on hot grill. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until the underside of shrimp turns pink. Turn skewers over, and brush cooked side of shrimp with sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the underside turns pink, and shrimp is cooked through. Remove from heat, brush the freshly cooked side of shrimp. Now serve and eat while hot.
