My fiance has a 2 year old he was never married to his babys mother the babys mother just had another child lives in a camper with her new child my step son and her mother and the new babys father who is now dating her mother its a crazy situation they have 50/50 custody and equal rights to him my fiance has him Thursday at 5 until sunday at 7 every week..lately my step son has been coming home with weird scratches and bruises and his mother keeps talking about killing herself and stuff like that we have him right now until 7 tomorrow night and with the way things have been escalating lately we are terrified to send him back we are seriously scared that she may commit suicide with him there or try to kill him and his little sister because of the way she has been talking they have a court order for custody and she has already broken one of the rules that said when she moved she had to notify the court there are also 2 dhs cases open against her right now that were called in by other people not us...is there any way we could keep my step son and not send him back tomorrow night? We are so scared for his safety and his little sisters safety we live in Mississippi she doesnt even have food in the house for him she calls us and tells us to bring him food is there anything we can do we would go ask our lawyer but with tomorrow being labor day we cant get in touch with him until tuesday which would be too late bacause we have to take him back tomorrow night we have him the extra day because she let us
