Invitation to participate in trade mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina September 30 – October 3, 2013 Dear Madam/Sir, CBI and NBBN are delighted to announce a trade mission for Dutch companies interested in sourcing, subcontracting metal products, a well as metalworking in Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you join, you will visit Bosnia in the first week of October 2013. This trade mission will be your ideal opportunity for establishing new business relationships and for getting acquainted with the attractiveness of the country. This event is fully supported by the Netherlands Embassy in Sarajevo. Bosnia and Herzegovina is the hidden trading partner in the heart of Europe. Consider its USP: entrepreneurship, long tradition of technical expertise, low wages and proximity to Europe’s markets ! This USP offers great business opportunities such as: trade, investment, (out)sourcing, joint ventures, stepping stone into emerging South Eastern Europe’s markets, etc. Program elements of the trade mission will include individual match making between Dutch and Bosnian metal sector companies and a visit to the ZEPS metal sector trade fair in Zenica. Tentative schedule September 30 Travel to Sarajevo Check into hotel Welcome drinks / briefing October 1 Individual match making*) Evening program October 2 Individual match making Group visit ZEPS trade fair, Zenica NBBN networking meeting October 3 Check out of hotel Individual match making Debriefing and goodbye Travel to Amsterdam *) Match making process: 1) Bosnian metal companies provide their profiles to CBI/NBBN – Long list. 2) CBI/NBBN make a selection – Short list. 3) CBI/NBBN provides the short list to Dutch mission participants. 4) Dutch participants make their individual selections for company visits in Bosnia. 5) CBI/NBBN make the individual visit schedules for October 1 and 2 of the mission.
