HAPPY 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY to all the IRONFLOWERS past & present! Four years ago today, on October 21st, 2010, we celebrated the grand opening of our first location in the Miami Modern (Mimo) District on 73rd & Biscayne Blvd. Throughout the years the women here, united both staff & members, have shared creative energy, made impactful memories, built incredible bonds and bodies, supported each other through the struggles & plateaus and inspired each other to break free from the stereotypes and apologies we need not to claim. During operational hours we either sprint or crawl through the sweat, laughter and tears, thanks to either Zumba, Pilates, Boot Camp, Personal Training, Bounce, Pole Dance Fitness, Boxing, Spinning, TRX and much, much more -but after all the hard work is put in, we often come together to celebrate the odyssey we share, and this video is a little glimpse of some of those moments.
