AG 2. TA 3. Council of Governors Progress so far: None of the respondents have satisfactorily response to the case Expected outcome: 1. Level 2 to Level 5 hospitals remain as the National Referral Health System under the national government 2. Governors to first fulfill their health mandate as outlined in the 4th Schedule of the constitution Action: 1. All health workers are asked to wear their uniform (white coats) and fill the court this Tuesday at 8:30AM. 2. All pray for the salvation of the health system of Kenya
