HELLO HAPPYNESS FRIENDS. This May, I will have the privilige of being apart of the first ever CMI Leadership Summit. I am here extending an invitation to my friends in post-secondary to join me! The FIT(Facilitators in Training) Leadership program is an amazing oppurtunity to work amoung like-minded people while learning and diversifying your minds. You will get the chance to participate in activities that can aid with communication, conflict resolution, time and stress management, public speaking, effective risk taking, self-empowerment and much more. Members of the FIT program will receive one-on-one mentorship from our team of Facilitators and will work closely with the keynote speakers and distinguished guests throughout the summit weekend. AKA you will be working with FANTASTIC people and having a super time doing it. Plus, at the end of the summit you will receive various certificates which verify all the activities you took part in - which can be great for future employers or volunteer endevours.
