I can advise that the WSIB has a current unfunded liability of $14.5 billion. This means the assets in the insurance fund is $14.5 billion less than what is needed to meet the estimate of lifetime costs of all claims under the WSIB’s covered. If you would like my office to start a case file on your wife’s case, you can come by the constituency office at 81 Millennium Parkway in Belleville and sign the appropriate confidentiality forms so that work can begin. Ensuring that injured workers receive the assistance that they need. My constituency office in Belleville has helped a good many people when it comes to these issues and I know that they be glad to see what assistance they can provide. Until there is a change of direction in the province, I would recommend that you look at creating a petition that can be presented to the Legislature.
