HIRING: We are ISO of a front desk, assistant to multiple people, route coordinator - GO TO PERSON for our company located in Baton Rouge (close to Airline Hwy. / Beringer Foreman). This person should be outgoing, happy, eager and all around team player who is drama free and mature. Responsible for answering phones, greeting people at the door (rare), supply orders, route analyzing, running errands (rare), lunch planner, etc. Should have working knowledge of excel, outlook, word, good phone etiquette and typical office equipment. Should be open minded, adaptable to different personalities and willing to step out the box and maybe even get your hands dirty (not really). In our industry we have very busy times and non-peak season where this position has some free time - this person should be willing and eager/adaptable to either. We are a thriving and growing company, we are family here...we disagree, we pull together, we joke and have fun...we work hard and we play hard. The question will not be what does it pay...more like are you the right fit...we want people to be happy and smiling - life is too short :) Pay will be DOE with benefits.
