HOW LONG TILL MY ORDER IS WITH ME I always like to say a few days but this year has been an extremely good start for us here in in the head quaters :) we have taken 86 orders in the 11 DAYS we have been opened since Christmas :) (you guys rock) some orders take a few moments to do where as others can take hours, sometimes even a day or two... so here is some insite this morning i have spent my time answering questions from you guys and i am still not near the end of my big long list of messages to get through, while i have been answering your questions no orders have been processed. 200 chocolates can take me upto 4 hours just to print, chop and wrap labels, this doesnt include messaging the customer and waiting back for replies, this doesnt include the time it takes for me to package and post. A personalised teddy can be done within the hour if the customer is around to view the proof, give permission to print Each and every order also has to be done around 3 school runs a day as well as looking after small children at home, i run this business on my own and at present i am the only one working on all your lovely orders so in short your order could take a couple of days but it could take longer during busy periods, the website states upto 14 days for personlised goods but this can be quicker or longer depending on the depth of orders :) I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK EACH AND EVERYONE WHO HAS ORDERED FROM US THIS YEAR AND OTHER SUBSEQUENT YEARS :) without you the customer i would have no business :)
