HOW TO BREAK OUR WORRY HABIT......Worry is define as giving way to anxiety.Worry comes when we are anxious concerning a particular issue.That is,when we are mentally troubled concerning something...Once we start worry,it becomes hard to stop.=To the extend that worrying is learned or conditional behavior.It can be undone; it has effects on our health. >WHY WE ENGAGE IN WORRY...*.To make us feel worry...., *.We feel that worry serve a purpose. >EFFECT OF WORRYING IN OUR HEALTH.......*.It leads to high blood pressure/hypertension. *Insomnia/loss of appetite; *Psycological or mental problems or breakdown. > HOW TO STOP WORRYING........,*Stop allowing yourself to be upset by small things like ingratitude. *Cooperate with the inevitable(events you have no control over). *Forget about your past. *Live for today. *Analyze your problem and find solutions to them. *Find something that amuses you or makes you happy and engage in it.Just like i use to do...playing Football...wat abt u ???..,*Finally pray over what you are worrying about.... May d almighty allah answer our prayer and help us.
