HRSS 323 - Officer - Telenor Pakistan - Islamabad Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications): Education: BBA Work experience: Preferably customer service experience Potential Career Path: Roles within the Human Capital Division such as payroll, recruitment, operations. Your typical day at work: Gather customers concerns/suggestions; ensure that customers voice is being channeled to the right place. Ensure that customer queries generated by him/her should be resolved in the specified Turnaround time (TAT) by following up on services requests. Serve as liaison between customer & various functions of the organizations (Technology, Commercial, Finance etc.) to facilitate and resolve issues Assist & answer all employees via phone & Email as per SOPs. Responsible for meeting all targets/KPIs set by the team lead. Responsible of maintaining/updating complete knowledge and compliance of HCD processes, routines and procedures along with new modules/initiatives/service being introduced to the organization by HCD. Contribute to manage team objectives through team work. Perform other duties as assigned. Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Ready to work in 24/7 shift based system.
