Ha ! So earlier today whilst rehearsing for todays UNO gig I broke an A string on my tenor uke... Boo !! And double Boo cause its sunday and theres no music shops open (and I dont have a spare, silly) Anywho, have decided to pull out my soprano. It has a dropped G string which is good when playing around with jazz style songs and chord shapes. Havent played it live before with dropped G. Heres a recording of Henri Mancinis Baby Elephant Walk I just did. Featuring said dropped G string and distortion and wah wah pedal. I think its going to be fine.
