Had a fascinating Thursday. I picked up my new photo copies from Trevon Wong, then went right to the offices of Casting Workbook to be listed in their crucial database. They still had me listed from years ago but with rather old details and a photo from 1995. (that was carried to countless auditions) Had a Beer while sitting on the deck of The Wicklow Pub watching Vancouvers mysterious Fog, and called my new Agent, Sonya Siltani. She was pleased to hear from me, immediately found a Role to submit me for. Later I was in Costco shopping, and found a Disc of The Game of Thrones TV series, which my old friend Robert McLachlan is the Director of Photography on, and my cousin Paul Oatway does the Props for. I thought I should see what its about if I want to Act on it. When I was going through the Checkout, the Cashier turned out to be from the same town in Croatia where they have been filming the Series ... I love co-incidences. Later that evening I watched the original Rocky on my Blu-Ray machine and was inspired all over again. Not only a great honest Film, but when it first came out, I was inspired to work hard and fight for what I wanted. (Im also going to buy a Punching Bag and get good and fit) It has taken me awhile to overcome my fears, but I am finally ready and looking forward to a great adventure.
