Had a good day of training with @veilsolutions !! As you can see, the focus is there. Today we focused on keeping his hips closed and straight to create more stability in the obliques, core, and back. By pulling and pushing weight at the same time, your body WANTS to turn and your hips WANT to open up. For this specific movement, we didnt want that to happen. With proper spinal and hip alignment you will get the full effect of this exercise.
