Had a moment w a young Veteran missing a leg, speech a little slow..he admired my work and also my beard. His beard was longer, mine is thicker. He put both hands up and felt it, and I noticed the chunk of flesh missing and the enormous scar. I saw a new tattoo on his upper arm, he said it was the names of his brothers who died overseas. I put my hand out to shake his but he pulled me close and said hug it out. We did. Thanked him, and then he hugged me a second time. Hes here from San Diego with his girlfriend, his name is Tim.
