Had someone ask me about tumbling rounds after reloading. As a - TopicsExpress

Had someone ask me about tumbling rounds after reloading. As a commercial manufacturer I produce thousands of rounds. I produce them and put them in a container until packaging. The thing is that brass oxidizes. There is nothing you can do to stop it. No company on the market can prevent this. I personally put my rounds in a media vibrator before shipping. It gives them a great look and shows that I as a reloader care what my product looks like. I use corn cob media and nu-shine to do this. The nu-shine actually gives it that smooth fell that wax does a car. I have made thousands of rounds and never had a problem. However.... I do have a problem with people who Cerakote the inside of their uppers. Why you would do this is beyond me. However they are quick to blame the round as if millimeters do not matter at all... I just laugh.
