Had to share a comment made to Jacque and me last night from a hotel staff member. She told us that since all of us ACE people have been here, we are the happiest, most energetic group of people theyve ever had in the hotel. She said, and weve had doctors, etc. There truly is so much power in how fitness, health and wellness are directly linked to your happiness :) Have a blessed day and be a blessing to someone else today ~ Beverly
