Hairy situation tonight. Neighbors dogs decided to cross the fence and come into our yard. Bull Mastif and small white dog. The larger one has been here before sniffing around the salt block where the deer hang around. So...I decide to walk down to see if I can yell at him to go home. I headed down and Ron said here, at least take a stick with you. So down I go...the little white dog comes charging out before I got anywhere near the treeline. Then the mastiff starts barking. I realized if I went much closer I might not make it back to the house alive so I backed off. Called the sherriffs office to complain. Nice, and I use that term loosly officer proceeds to tell Ron that its usually the small dogs you have to look out for and didnt really give us any satisfaction. I guess it will take one of us or the horses getting attacked before someone will care enough to do something. Weve had problems with this lady and her dogs before. Its probably the one that attacked and killed a fawn that resides here.
