Hanging leg raises are a great way to build lower core strength and more ab definition. Planks, mountain climbers, side planks, lying bench scissor kicks are all ideal exercises to help build your core to a stronger level to complete several hanging leg raises. I couldnt do these a year or so ago but as I stayed consistant with my training bit by bit Ive been able to increase my level of difficulty and challenge myself to attempt things Ive only dreamed if doing. Never stop trying, dont ever give up and trust me you will reap the rewards. Defy YOUR Impossible!
