Happy Sunday people! First of all social media is just that media! Over time the media regardless of tv radio newspaper or social media can be a place where people lives can be helped or harmed. All of sometimes use Facebook & other forums to hurt each other whether its intentional or not. Yes Im an employee at The Sand Bar. Ive heard about a post that a customer posted on Facebook on Friday night. True, its her page shes free to post whatever whenever & about whomever she wants. In the same return, she has to be able to face the backlash from her post. Now, for the last year & a half, the phone number at the Sand Bar has always been 334-877-1444. With that if anyone has ever experienced an unsatisfactory dining experience, theyve called or expressed their thoughts while they were in the restaurant or they informed Gordon, David, or Michelle. Better yet they wouldve let me know about it. Trust me weve always shared with them any complaints or concerns any of our customers have. My belief is that when we post things on Facebook a lot of times we do it to hurt others. When we have concerns at large chain restaurants yes call the manager call home office before making harmful remarks for public to see. If the problem continue then take it to the public. As small as Selma is when you make negative comments youre affection someones livelihood. If youve ever dined at The Sand Bar you can never say that I wasnt concerned about your dining experience. The incident that Im referring to even if Gordon was there he couldnt have done anything about it. Whenever you order thats when your food is cooked not a minute before. So think about the cooked times on whatever you order. Please understand that we all want everybodys experience at the Sand Bar to be a wonderful one. Yes I loved & I miss Gordon. Please give the Sand Bar employees credit. We do care about all of our customers!!! Be Blessed!!
