Happy #motivationmonday my soldiers!! Did you know that multi-joint exercises burn more calories than single joint exercises?? Here is how I warmed up for leg day today -- lighter weight on the bar & higher reps, heart rate goes through the roof and gets all my joints loose and ready to attack my workout :) Try these out -- even if you dont have a barbell, get the broomstick out of the closet and go at it! lol... Getting the form down first is more important than going straight for heavy weights. Lets get it this week -- a new week = new opportunity -- what are your goals for this week?? think about it, write it down, or tell a friend to validate it and create a plan on how you are going to meet that goal --- #gamefaceon
