Hardly can one go out without encountering stray dogs, whose numbers are increasing in geometric progression, thanks to the strange policy of some central minister who doesn’t allow eliminating them physically, as was being done till some time back. The rationale behind this is beyond the conception of ordinary people. One can kill mosquitos, rats etc.; but not these creatures. Shortly God’s own country seems destined to become dog’s own country.
