Hardness of Heart Grieves Prophets. A hard heart is a stony heart. It is a stubborn and unbelieving heart. It is an unyielding heart. Prophets look for soft and tender hearts. Prophets look for broken and contrite hearts. #prophets Jesus became angry at their hardened hearts. Mark 3:5 And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. Mark 8:17 And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?
