Ashram has hired Digital marketing company, so that our organisation also has strong presence in social media, in a professional manner which is lacking currently...especially at this time of the biggest conspiracy. It is important that we use this funds effectively and get the maximum work out of the money given by Bapuji for this seva. AIM To have a solid platform, and a streamlined process and a strong presence in social media. WHAT WILL THE CO. DO (In general) The co. is going to help us organise ourselves so that v can carry out seva in a more effective manner. It is going to do this for all the social media platforms. i.e twitter, fb, youtube, google +, blogs, forums, websites, etc WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM US Every team that is dong seva curently has to now have a professional approach. The co. is going to help us to achieve it. So, for this v should put in our best efforts to fight this kuprachar in an effective manner!! WHAT WILL THE CO. DO REGARDING SUPRACHAR VIA COMMENTS SEVA (FB & Website both) There r various sevas being carried out in FB, they all will b streamlined by the co. BUT our groups is into commenting seva ...so lets focus on our seva. From the briefing I have got till now, the co. will provide us ready made comments and divide us into teams so that v can paste the comments at time intervals( so that there is positive commenting throughout the day) Since v r going to b provided with comments, I m expecting that v wil b expanding our commenting seva to youtube, videos on channel websites and other possible areas!! WHAT IS YOUR ROLE RIGHT NOW The teams will b divided according to time intervals. e.g Team 30 minute, team one hour, team 2 hours, team 3 hours, etc so that there is activity from our side throughout the day....and each team will have a team leader...iske baare detail me baad me batayaya jaega. For this division, u will need to fill up your details in this google spreadsheet. Based on your details u will b put in teams.
