Have a look at this !!! This 75 years old man had Bilateral hip fractures. Pity to say that he had non united right sided subtrochanteric fracture treated conservatively somewhere else 3 years back.Now he had left sided intertrochanteric fracture. This is a very challanging case -( comorbidities, old age, two big surgeries required). We admitted the case, performed both the hip surgery in same setting under spinal anaesthesia. One of the hip surgery on charity basis. Probably this is the first case of hip fracture done Bilateral in the same setting. Thanks to the team. Patient is doing well and discharged on 5th day.
