Have you wanted to know what fostering is all about? Have room in your heart and home for just a month or less? Read on! HELP, HELP! Operation Paws Rescue needs you! We have 2 very nice little doggies who were out of time at the shelter so OPR selected them for this weeks transport to Oregon. ALANA and BINGO came down with kennel cough at the last minute, though, so for now they are still stuck at Martinez. We need to find short term foster homes out there for them, just until Dec 7-8. These pups are 3 yr old 10-lb chi/terrier kids who are friendly and easy going and snuggly. They will be done with their meds in about 5 days and can be fostered together or separately. They are not a health risk to any resident dogs who have their routine bordatella shots. Is there an angel out there who can help us help these dogs?
