Having my bi-weekly chat with Verizon since having 8 devices on the plan, something is always needing something... but here is something that totally blew me away (besides the fact that the service agent, Chris, talked to me off script), was telling me that Verizon has acquired the air waves that used to be used for TV, like when we had rabbit ears and sometimes when it didnt come in you had to use a piece of foil... so those waves are not going to be used to bump the voice and data portions of their services, which will help inside building, etc. But, he said, now and then you might have to wrap a piece of foil on your ear to get better reception! Ha ha ha ha ha... Have a great day!! XO
