Having problems getting your child to sleep?? In the news: The light and noises from mobile devices may be stealing sleep from your kids. Researchers asked more than 2,000 4-7th graders about their sleep habits. Those who kept their phone or tablet nearby slept twenty minutes fewer than peers who slept away from their devices. Medical experts suggest parents cut off the use of small screens at least a half hour before bed. They also suggest charging childrens phones outside their rooms each night.
